Assistant Supervisor
Key leadership position available in supervised independent living program for teens ages 16-21. Provide training and support to direct care staff and ensure teens are achieving the life skills goals set for them in the treatment plans. Maintain caseload capacity and ensure regulations are met through regular client file reviews. Bachelor’s degree in social services field required and previous supervision exp. preferred. Position requires flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends as well as on-call support. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
